Who are we?

Rockets Bakery was established in January 2018 by a mother-daughter duo to bring freshly made donuts, cakes, cookies, and pastries to Waterloo. Previously located in La Porte City, Iowa, Rockets expanded to downtown, but continues to provide its prior location with fresh donuts and pastries daily.

At Rockets, we strive to provide the best tasting product with quality and efficiency that will ensure customer loyalty. We are a small group of dedicated bakers who believe in small batch baking to provide the freshest products. Daily, we offer freshly made donuts, cookies, and breads of both classic and modern varieties. Additionally, customized cookies and cakes for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, just because, etc. are available to order with advanced notice.
